Martin Goode
Lead Pastor
When I ventured across the country from the comforts of my family home to attend Bible College as a green 17-year-old, I could never have anticipated the faith-adventures God had in store for me—which have now included a brief stint in pastoral ministry in my then-home-church in Bridgewater Nova Scotia, to 12 years as an Associate Pastor in downtown Peoples Church of Montreal, to now having served over 23 years here at Grace Gospel Church. I love our church as well as our denominational family, the Associated Gospel Churches. My wife Rebecca and I raised our four children here, and have seen them venture into their chosen paths of education and career. Family life (now grown by two daughters-in-law, two granddaughters, and two grand-dogs!) brings many smiles and prayers for the extension of our faith to a new generation; and it has kept our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ grounded and growing.
Terry Miller
Associate Pastor, Youth Ministries
Terry has been involved in youth ministry for the last 25 years. His creativity and love of Jesus and the Scriptures brings a unique dynamic to the youth ministry at Grace Gospel Church. He loves photography, videography, sports, his tools, the youth of our church and community and his family (but not in that order). He loves to see students come to know Jesus and grow in their relationship with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit!

Bruce Miller
Executive Pastor, Family & Facility
Bruce has been serving at Grace for the past 18 years and is passionate about every aspect of local church ministry and the many ways the life-changing power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is lived out and taught. His longing to see a fully prepared, supported, and thriving church is foundational to his desire to equip the saints for works of service. Bruce has a special place in his heart for families and the importance of the word of God as the centerpiece of each household. Working to cultivate a rich fellowship and creating a culture where believers of all ages encourage each other in their faith journey and walk in obedience together.
James Ball
Associate Pastor, Outreach & Discipleship
James is passionate about outreach and evangelism and desires to see the saving message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ shared freely within our community. It is his desire that believers be equipped to share the hope that they have in Christ, being prepared and empowered to express their testimony as God brings opportunities.

Nathan Kowalski
Worship Director
Nathan started playing guitar almost fifteen years ago, and has been a worship leader for over a decade. He loves crafting praise and worship sets that bring glory to God and enable people of all ages to engage with Him. Nathan shares a love of music with his wife, Alisha, and they are seeking to instill that love in their three daughters. He also works as a secondary school English and History teacher. Nathan enjoys driving new roads, discovering new bands, reading good books, and drinking a good cup of coffee.
Cristina Romero
Sunday School Coordinator
Cristina is honoured and excited to serve as a Sunday School Coordinator. Her Faith in Jesus Christ is at the center of her life, and this role allows her to share that love and joy with others in a meaningful way.
Cristina has always enjoyed music and painting as creative outlets and enjoys spending time outdoors, appreciating God’s creation. This role is a meaningful opportunity for her to serve, inspire, and grow in faith with others
Patty LeSurf
Bookkeeper & Church Clerk
Patty and her husband Ian have been active members of Grace Gospel Church since 2004. Over the years Patty has been a part of various church ministries including, Women's Ministry, Children's Ministry, Worship team and various Bible studies. Grace Gospel church is their second home and family! Having held the bookkeeper position for nearly a decade until 6 years ago, Patty is excited to come out of her recent retirement from her career as a service rep in the Industrial service industry and start pushing the buttons on the calculator once again. Patty's other hobbies and interests include, coming up with home improvement projects for Ian to do, travelling to their favourite vacation spot in Roatan, road trips in the MGB, and spending time with friends and family.
